Grade 12 or equivalent or Diploma in Public Administration or management plus more than 5 years’ experience at least 3 years’ relevant knowledge and experience of all aspects of patient Administration including Financial System – PAAB, UPFS, PFMA/Treasury Regulation. Computer Skill, Good verbal and written communication work under pressure. The ability to interpret directives and Procedures Manuals pertaining Patient Administration.
Monitor and oversee Patient Affairs Activities, Knowledge of PAAB, Record Management, Switch- Board management and Registry Activities. Supervision of handling state funds and face value books. implement problem solving, Progressive discipline and conflict resolution, Reports writing and Project Management. Knowledge of legislative Mandate that govern Patient Affairs, Performance Management and Evaluation and PAAB Reconciliation.
