Key Performance Areas

– Switchboard reception – Administration and recordkeeping – Manage reception


– Matric is essential. – Excellent telephone etiquette. – A minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is required. – Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel. – Typing speed of 25 wpm

Key Responsibilities

– Resolve store queries (via e-mail and telephonic) – Drive the demand planning and management processes for relevant product ranges – Develop demand forecasting based on patterns and business trends – Measure and report monthly, weekly and daily on key performance indicators – Request supplier and store performance reports from systems – Resolve store queries (via e-mail and telephonic)

Qualifications and Experience

– Matric (Grade 12) Certificate – Tertiary qualification in Office Management or similar will be advantageous – Experience in Retail FMCG – Previous experience in Planning will be advantageous – Office administration experience – Experience in Customer service

Knowledge and Skills

– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Knowledge of Buying/Planning systems – Google Suite and/or related systems – Strong analytical and problem solving skills – Good organisational and communication skills
