We are looking for a mature individual with an exceptional command of the English language and sound financial acumen to conduct the following duties:
Excellent PA skills
– Excellent command of the English language (English Home language a requirement)
– Letter Writing
– Report Writing
– Dictation from Director
– Head Office Attendance registers.
Financial Duties
– Invoicing
– Knowledge of Evolution/Sage
– Intermediate Excell Skills
– Update assets registers (head Office and Branches
Vendor Management
– New vendors
– Forms
– Vendor Portals
– Vendor Book
Writing Company communications
– Company Letters
– Internal Memos
Upkeep of Company documentation
Management of Auto fleet documentation
– Card Management
– Branches Statements
– Recons for the Accounts department (Creditors)
Ad Hoc Duties
– Relieve receptionist Assist Estimators when required
– Tick sheets for reports
Salary R16 000pm (neg based on experience)
