Personal and Administrative Assistant
Division: MidCity Utilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as point of contact for Director and liaising with other members of staff and external parties.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive and within division.
- Organise and maintain office systems.
- Respond to Executives’ queries promptly.
- Answering, screening, and directing calls.
- Typing, compiling and preparing internal and external communications – reports, agreements, presentations, letters, memos, emails.
- Minutes of meetings.
- Assist with time and daily management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Work experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Calm and professional manner.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Strong administration skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, reliable, deadline driven, team player, that can work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and be a problem solver.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- PA diploma or certification is a plus.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to prioritise.
- Organisational and management skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Punctual execution of administration tasks.
- Good written & communication skills / Interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker.
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
SALARY
Annual CTC between R 270 000 – R 330 000.
