Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in the exciting world of agri-tech? NWK Agtech’s Drone Services division is seeking a dedicated General Clerk to provide essential administrative and operational support at our facilities.

Key responsibilities:
Administrative support: Handle general office duties, including filing, data capturing, document preparation (letters, reports, forms),
and managing correspondence (emails and calls).
Inventory and stock assistance: Assist with the tracking and management of drone-related equipment, parts, and office supplies.
This will also involve basic stock-taking and record-keeping.
Operational assistance: Provide support to the drone operations team, which could include assisting with logistical arrangements,
preparing necessary paperwork for drone flights or services, and ensuring equipment readiness.
Client interaction: Assist with welcoming clients and directing queries, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and helpful first impression.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical records, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
General office duties: Undertake other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the drone services department.
Minimum requirements:
Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years’ previous experience in an office administration, data capturing, or general clerical role will be a distinct advantage.
Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Language skills: Fully proficient in both Afrikaans and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Driver’s license: A valid driver’s license (Code B/8) is preferred.
