· Prepare and produce food

· Provide administrative duties and implement International Organisation for Standardisation

· Provide customer services

Qualification(s):

· National Diploma/National N Diploma in Catering Management/Hospitality

and Catering Services/Hotel School Qualification at NQF6 with 240 credits
