The Moses Kotane Institute (MKI) is an entity of the KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) Provincial
Government through the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental
Affairs (EDTEA), with a mandate to conduct world class research into training, skills
development, and provincial strategic economic sectors; to strategically lead on innovation and
maritime coordination and implementation activities to respond to the needs of provincial
economy. MKI is looking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified South African
Citizen to fill the following Experiential Learner positions:
Experiential Learner: Photography
Salary: R 7000.00 per month
Centre: La Mercy

Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate must be in possession of an accredited
National Diploma in Photography/Fine Arts or related qualification from an accredited
tertiary institution (SAQA NQF 6)• Minimum 1-year practical experience in
photography (including pre-graduation experience) • Must include a Portfolio of
evidence• A valid driver’s licence.
