JOB DESCRIPTION

THE JOB AT A GLANCE:

Receives visitors to the organisation, determining their needs and directing them accordingly. Answer general queries and directs them to the relevant personnel or department. May also perform routine typing, clerical or secretarial duties. You will be responsible for  switchboard duties. Contributes towards the image of the Company.

§Raising and receipting of purchase orders

§Switchboard responsibility

§General administration

§Events coordinator

§Stock management

§Reporting Support to the Accountant

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualification– Grade 12

Function – +- 3 years

§Industry – FMCG experience

Core knowledge – detail orientated, ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy levels, Deadline driven. Team Player

Key foundational competencies

Academic – Matric or Equivalent, Problem solving, high numeracy skills, time management.

Leadership – Owning it!, Driving short-term results, Staying a step-ahead, Ability to work under pressure

Personal Effectiveness – Effective communication, Interpersonal skills, Integrity, Continuous learning, Time management
