Description
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Maintain allocated resources
- Maintain training equipment and tools
- Ensure that the workshop transport is maintained according to schedule and kept clean with petrol at all times
- Ensure that all users of the workshop transport comply by filling in the necessary forms that comply to the Necsa Group Transportation policies and procedures
- Eliminate stock wastage by ensuring that proper measurements and counting are maintained when issuing it out to trainers and learners
Handling of stock and equipment
- Receive deliveries, issue and control stock
- Implement the stock inventory process according to prescribed scheduled
- Conduct stock taking according to prescribed schedule
- Ensure that there is stock and training equipment available for learners according to training schedule
Housekeeping
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the store area to keep it clean and neat
- Ensure that all used and returned tools are clean and stored correctly
- Ensure that all equipment is stored correctly
- Where required, act as the workshop driver to deliver documents to identified stakeholders
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are handled safely
Management systems
- Comply with all applicable quality management systems (QMS) applicable to the store
- Ensure compliance to Behavioural Safety when handling tools.

Description
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Develop and maintain allocated resources
- Identify and report training equipment defects and ensure that they are always operational and available for training purposes.
- Ensure that there are always sufficient training consumables through implementation of appropriate stock control processes.
- Ensure that there is proper housekeeping in their work areas.
Implementation of training intervention
- Prepare appropriate and relevant training equipment for programmes offered.
- Prepare training plan for the course content and ensure that there are sufficient training material and other relevant documentation in support of the offered course.
- Prepare and supply assessment material for the offered course.
- Ensure that all administration associated with the offered course or assessment is completed and submitted to all relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations for facilitations of offered courses according to the approved curriculum.
- Ensure that all training always achieves the set outcomes of the programme.
- Mentor, coach and guide all learners whilst training to ensure the achievement of positive outcomes in terms of results.
- Monitor the welfare of learners during training and liaise with relevant stakeholders to attend to their identified need to ensure holistic approach to training.
Assessment of learners
- Ensure that assessment documents are utilised according to expected outcomes.
- Assess learners according to training plans and qualifications authorities.
- Complete assessment reports and related administration and submit to all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide assessment feedback to all learners.
Management systems and compliance
- Ensure that all your accreditations are relevant, maintained and up to date.
- Ensure that all training and associated administration is implemented according to applicable quality management systems. (QMS)

Fuel Administrator (Hay 12) Internal & External (North West)
Description
JOB PROFILE
Perform administrative functions for the smooth running of the receiving and distribution of fuel at Necsa. To verify the quality/quantities and correctness of the goods received at the Receiving Depot according to the Procurement process.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Administrate Fuel System
- Register new users for fuel.
- Count stock (Monthly, weekly, Replenishment) of quantities compared to System data
- Generate and forward monthly reports to various Departments
- Administer the fuel system
Receiving of Goods
- Receive deliveries from the suppliers and ensuring that accurate quantities of products are received by comparing appropriate paperwork
- Generate GRV (good receiving voucher)
- Solve of queries from various parties (Vendors, Requesters, Creditors, Management etc.)
- Inspect goods for Quality, Quantity, Correctness
- Weigh Vehicles at Weighbridge
- Ensure that all necessary documents are endorsed if any discrepancies
Manage fuel station
- Handle all queries around fuel system
- Process Workflow instructions
- Conduct stock count of fuel
Administration and Filing
- Record Keeping, Proper filling systems for all Purchase Orders and Goods Returned Notes
- Sort the delivery note and invoices according to Necsa group entities
- Generate system reports as and when required
- Ensure that the operating environment is clean as per policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested
SHEQ Management
- Complete BBS observations in order to prevent injuries
- Ensure that fuel handling is in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices
- Store product by designated storage areas and adjusting of storage areas accordingly for safe environment
- Ensure that safety standards of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) are followed at all times
- Maintain and tidy the environment and manage any hazard.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
