CTC (Basic Salary): Basic Salary Per Annum R 300 265.23

Region: Pretoria

Purpose

To provide reception services to the NRCS by attending to visitors and telephone calls and directing them to the correct employee or business unit

Qualification / Experience

Matric. Secretarial certificate/course added advantage

2 years in a receptionist role

Knowledge

Basic understanding of business processes; Very good understanding the layout of the facility and employees who work in that facility; Good knowledge of electronic; switchboards; Basic knowledge of MS Word.​

Behavioral Attributes

Communication skills; Customer service orientation; Ability to work independently with little instruction; Self-confident.
