Role summary
The Administration Clerk will be responsible for all general administrative duties including posting, filing and
data capturing.
Key work output and accountabilities
Filing and posting of documents.
Keep record of all files in the department.
Update list of files being sent to Archives.
Ensuring that all files that are requested for and removed and signed for.
Print Post Book and letters after each day end.
Distribute letters to various Departmental Employees.
Make copies of records requested.
Performing any reasonable request, that is over and above the listed Specifications.
Skills profile
Education
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
Work experience
1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role advantageous
Knowledge
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
