Mascor headquarters in Greytown is currently looking for an office-based marketing assistant to support the marketing coordinator on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. ADMINISTRATION
i. Processing of payments.
ii. Process marketing materials into assets.
iii. Maintain marketing materials
iv. Maintain customer profile database.
b. MEDIA
i. Update various media platforms timeously.
ii. Monthly planning of social media platforms.
iii. Design artwork for platforms. iv. Update all databases
v. Monitor platforms for East Africa.
vi. Assist with functions as required.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
a. Qualifications:
i. Min: Grade 12 with Diploma in Marketing
ii. Ideal: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
b. Experience:
i. 3-5 years experience in Marketing
c. Legal Requirements:
Drivers License

a. Planning skills
b. Good understanding of marketing principles
c. Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
d. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications.
e. Time management
f. Ability to work with little supervision
