Internship Opportunity
SANSA is offering four (4) Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Internship opportunities at its Pretoria office. The programme is designed to provide recent graduates with valuable workplace experience through structured mentoring, coaching, and practical exposure to ICT operations and projects.
This internship will run for a period of 12 months and is aimed at young South African graduates seeking to develop their professional skills and gain industry experience.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens.
- Be 35 years of age or younger at the time of application.
- Hold a three-year tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in an ICT-related field.
- Not have previously participated in an internship programme.
- Be able to travel to the Pretoria office on a daily basis.
Added Advantage
- Previous exposure to or experience in software development will be beneficial.
Learning and Development Opportunities
Successful interns will gain practical experience in various ICT functions, including:
Technical Support and ICT Operations
- Assisting with end-user technical support.
- Supporting the maintenance and operation of ICT infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
Information Systems and Data Management
- Gaining exposure to information systems and business applications.
- Supporting data management processes and digital record-keeping activities.
Cybersecurity and ICT Governance
- Assisting with cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

- Contributing to troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts within ICT environments.

- Assisting with ICT-related projects, programmes, and administrative functions.
- Contributing ideas and recommendations to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
