
General Administrative Clerk
Well established East Rand (Gauteng) based firm looking for an Administrative Clerk to start immediately.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with clients and attending to queries
- Prepare and distribute relevant documents
- Follow up on outstanding queries with clients
- Provide required information and documents to clients
- Provide feedback to management on areas of improvement
- Data capturing
- Adhoc tasks
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
Requirements
- Minimum two years general office administration experience
- Professional communication skills
- Fluent in English (speak, read, and write)
- Driver’s license
- Own transport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function effectively in a team
- Advanced multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- Client service orientation
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Medical aid claims and debt administration background (Added advantage)
