Qualifications and experience:
Honour’s degree (equivalent to NQF level 8) in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations Education Training and Development, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development or Social Sciences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Minute writing for all meetings
Proof reading of documents
Prepare packs for the various meetings
Prepare presentations as directed by manager
Prepare reports as directed by manager
Organize venues for meetings
Aid with unit administrative functions
Establish a working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in education, training and development programs, workshops, and seminars
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Line Manager.
