Requirements: LLB Degree plus Admitted to practice as an Attorney / Advocate in the High Court of South Africa. Five (5) years appropriate legal experience. A Valid Drivers Licence. Duties: ● Provide legal advisory services to the Department ● Management of the litigation of the Department ● Administering of access to information of the Department ● Vetting of legislation, contracts and policies of the Department ● Management of resources of the Chief Directorate.
