Job Description
We have opportunities for Fixed Term Shutdown Casuals at Samca +.
Scope:
The point of the planned shutdown is to pause all factory activities to perform necessary repairs, equipment replacements, and to perform internal maintenance. Our factories have complex machinery hence our shut down casuals need to have some mechanical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- Grade 12 or similar qualification OR
- 1 Year Experience as Maintenance General Work
Key Performance
- Hands on approach and pride in work performed
- Excellent communications Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and exercise own initiative
- Adhere to the Factory Housekeeping Standards
- Adhere to the Factory Health and Safety standards
