Position: Admin Assistant – Library – Educational Development (Fixed term contract ending 30 June 2024)

Department: Sports, Recreation, Arts & Culture
Division: Library & Information Services
Salary: R354 142 per annum (All-inclusive annual remuneration package)

Core Responsibilities:

· Implement literacy, development and awareness reading programmes.

· Compile, update and maintain databases as and when required.

· Plan, prepare, present and report on library programmes

· Provide basic information and educational support services to meet the informational and educational development needs of the community within all sections of the libraries.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

· Grade 12

· 1 – 2 years relevant experience
