| Minimum Requirements | • Grade 12 coupled with Post Matric qualification in HR or equivalent • 2-3 years experience in an administrative and/or training environment • ODETDP Certificate will serve as an advantage • Knowledge of SAP |
| Primary Duties | • Co-ordination of the Rietvlei Training Committee meetings and minutes taking thereof • Collate and store data related to skills development • Carrying out pre-course arrangements and administration • To provide efficient and effective administrative support during and after courses • Maintaining an effective filing system and keeping training course database up to data • Ensure effective customer to all Rand Water employees • Generating orders and facilitating payments • General administrative duties |
