INSETA Internship Program Key Details:
- Duration: 12-month fixed-term internship (not employment contract).
- Stipend: A stipend will be provided during the internship period.
- Requirements for Eligibility:
- South African citizen.
- Aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Unemployed for the last 2 months.
- Not previously part of an INSETA internship/learnership.

Available Internship Positions and Qualifications:
- Payroll
- Qualifications: BA in Business Administration, BCom in Human Resources, Accounting, or a similar relevant field.
- Experience: Advanced MS Excel (advantageous).
- Payroll Analytics
- Qualifications: BSc IT or other quantitative degree.
- Experience: MSSQL (advantageous), Advanced MS Excel (advantageous).
- Data Analyst
- Qualifications: Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Engineering, Informatics, or equivalent.
- Skills: Programming language knowledge (willingness to learn SQL), knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), statistical programming (Python, R, or SAS) is beneficial.
- Motor Assessing
- Qualifications: Matric or equivalent; 1-year certificate or higher in Automotive/Mechanical or related field.
- IT Help Desk
- Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems (3-4 years), or relevant IT qualification (degree/diploma). A+ Certificate required.
- Human Capital
- Qualifications: Matric, Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, BCom Law, or LLB.
