Job Advert Summary
Rand Water is looking for a candidate to be responsible for the Maintenance administration including work orders , update of daily reports ,capturing of data and analyzing monthly evaluation report and also responsible for updating month end presentations.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel).
• Managing Work Orders, updating daily reports, capturing of data and analyzing monthly reports.
• Technical background.
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Two years’ experience of maintenance planning systems and procedures.
• Code EB Drivers license

Primary Duties
Manage and control the maintenance of the plant by scheduling planned work orders.
Process planned and unplanned work orders and update plant history records.
Update plant status.
Maintenance Management.
Drawing of various reports in order to compile a monthly report issued to all departments and head office.
Compiling monthly reports on outstanding work orders and work nor completed.
Compiling of central Depot Monthly Status Report.
Maintenance Planning Office Filling system.
Standing in for M.S.A when the need arises.
Develop and monthly presentations.
Attend maintenance meeting.
Work Orders.
Provide on going training to increase work performance.
Knowledge
Computer litracy.
SAP.
Maximo.
Microsoft office (parkage)
Computerized Maintenance Management System.
