Massmart invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2024.

Learnership Location: Gauteng, South Africa
We are excited to announce that we are offering a Learnership programme in retail that will run for 12 months in various stores in South Africa for Matriculants. The fixed term contract will provide all learners with workplace experience underpinned by a carefully designed training programme that allows one to gain valuable work experience and explore career paths within the Retail World.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong potential in time management, interpersonal & communication skills and must have a passion for the retail environment.

Requirements:
To be eligible for the programme, the below minimum requirements apply:
Candidate must be a South African Citizen by birth
Completed Matric qualification
Must be unemployed
Must have No work experience
Must be 26 years old or younger
Willing to work retail hours (weekends, busy trading periods such as Christmas, public holidays etc. )
Not registered for the same program at the SETA before / not currently registered with any SETA for any
program
Start date for the programme is 27th May 2024
