Role summary

The Administration Clerk will be responsible for all general administrative duties including posting, filing and

data capturing.

Key work output and accountabilities

 Filing and posting of documents.

 Keep record of all files in the department.

 Update list of files being sent to Archives.

 Ensuring that all files that are requested for and removed and signed for.

 Print Post Book and letters after each day end.

 Distribute letters to various Departmental Employees.

 Make copies of records requested.

 Performing any reasonable request, that is over and above the listed Specifications.

Skills profile

Education

 Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification

Work experience

 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role advantageous

Knowledge

 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
