Job Summary

This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing grain handling equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The Millwright performs preventative maintenance, conducts inspections with depot managers, supports material planning, collaborates with team members, and strictly follows OHS Act requirements and company safety policies.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Installation of new grain handling equipment according to specifications
  • Regular maintenance of handling equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshooting and repair of machinery breakdowns
  • Performing preventative maintenance tasks to avoid costly downtime
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Following safety protocols and guidelines at all times according to OHS Act and company policies and procedures.
  • Perform scheduled inspections with depot managers to identify each depot’s maintenance needs
  • Material requirements planning

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Qualified Millwright (Red Seal)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a millwright in a similar role
  • 3-5 years’ experience with PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of industrial grain handling equipment and processes
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to do mechanical fabrication if needed
  • Willing to work overtime if needed, i.e break stops

Job Summary
This role involves the accurate processing of payroll and related reporting, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including timesheets, allowances, deductions, and employee changes
  • Process monthly payroll inputs, reconciliations, and submissions
  • Administer Provident Fund processes in line with legislation
  • Support employee lifecycle administration, including appointments, transfers, and terminations
  • Address payroll queries and discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
  • Liaise with operational points to ensure timely and accurate payroll information
  • Assist with reporting requirements and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Support compliance with relevant legislation and internal HR processes

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma/Degree in HR (advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) (advantageous)
  • Sage People 300 system experience (advantageous)
  • Drivers’ License: Code 08 (advantageous)

Job Summary
This role provides administrative support within the Medical Aid department, focusing on claims processing, hospital authorisations, client queries, and data capturing. The position involves regular liaison with clients and brokers, maintenance of CRM records, and ensuring accurate, timely service delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Administrative duties relating to insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries and Hospital Authorisation
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Services Division, including preparing documents, and processing correspondence
  • Process and monitoring claims
  • General client services and capturing of data
  • Constant liaison with client/brokers and logging of communication
  • Maintain the CRM database


Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 3 years’ work experience in an administrative position
  • Experience in the Insurance industry (advantageous)
  • Computer literate (proficiency in Excel, CMR software and Microsoft Office suite)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
  • Hard working, conscientious and energetic
