ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is a Fixed Term Contract position.
As a Specialist Learning & Development you will be responsible to drive strategic people development initiatives across the operation that is aligned to current and future capability requirements.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- To implement and monitor training initiatives to maximize legislative benefits and compliance (Adherence to OHS Act, Skills Development Act, BBBEE Codes etc.);
- The Specialist Learning & Development shall provide effective, high-quality learning and development services to facilitate the development, implementation, management and evaluation of training programs throughout the specific department or areas of responsibility within the operation;
- The specialist will also be required to complete project work as and when required.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- 4 – 6 years’ experience in a Learning & Development environment;
- Sound knowledge of MS Office is essential;
- Proficiency in English (reading & writing) is essential;
- Experience in SAP, Project Management & Administration will be added advantage.
Qualifications for this role are:
- Degree / BTECH / National Diploma in Behavioral Sciences / Human Resources / Business Management / Administration.
