Social Grants Payments Dates

Whether you receive a permanent social grant or an R350 grant, it’s important to know when and where you can receive your grant. Sassa recently announced the Social Security payment date for July. Recall that Sassa grant recipients are not required to receive their grant on the date the grant is due. Grant payments remain in the beneficiary’s account until the beneficiary decides to use them. With this in mind, beneficiaries can expect to receive social security subsidies in June.

Where to get the R350 subsidy
Fortunately, R350 grant recipients have several ways to receive their grant payments. This subsidy is available at all Sassa’s selected retailers including Shoprite Checkers, U-save, Pick n Pay and Boxer Stores.

Another highly recommended way to receive your R350 grant is through your personal bank account. This option is available as part of the application. You can select this as your preferred payment method by providing your bank details during signup.

If you don’t have a bank account, you can also receive her R350 subsidy via CashSend. For this purpose, the beneficiary will receive the subsidy using their ID number and phone number. To use this option, you will need a registered mobile phone number and proof of identity.

Shoprite Group has enabled R350 grant recipients to receive payments for her SRD grant from any of her 1,286 supermarkets across South Africa, including Checkers, USAve, OK and Shoprite stores. bottom.
