Salary: R 228,321– R 268,950 p.a. exclusive of benefits

Diepkloof – Soweto (Orlando) : Johannesburg District Ref: GP/SAS 02/01/2026)
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a qualification in the relevant field at NQF level 6 as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in Public Administration / Business Administration / Economics / Development Studies / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Social
Sciences / Social Security. Computer literacy essential
Duties: The incumbent will provide a grant customer service; screen and capture applications including beneficiary mainteance functions effectively;administer medical bookings and assessments; provide off-site grant application services to clients, scanning and batching of grants files.
Important notes: Appointment will be subject to a compulsory pre-employment screening in the form of qualification, references, ITC, and criminal checks. Senior Grants Administrator: (Level 07) X1
Salary: R 325 101– R 382 959 p.a. exclusive of benefits
Location: Ngaka Modiri Molema District: Ramotshere Moiloa Local Office (Ref. No: SAS NW 26/2026)
Preference will be given to: African Female, followed by Coloured Male and White male respectively as at the time of appointment
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a qualification in the relevant field at NQF level 6 as recognised by the South Africa Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in Public Administration / Business Administration / Economics / Development Studies / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Social Sciences / Social Security coupled with 3 years’ experience in Social Security; Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential.
Duties: Conduct quality assurance and completeness of supporting documents to applications. Verify applications, means tests requirements and related declarations.
Approve or Reject Applications for various grant types. Provide other grants value chain processes in relation to Beneficiary Maintenance. Medical bookings of Assessments. Customer care services and off-site services. Oversee and supervise the quality of the administration of social grants processes and advise on policies and processes within the grants application value chain. Manage staff performance and resources.
