The Road Accident Fund’s mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads.
Purpose of the Internship: The Organization is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates who have completed relevant National Diploma/B Degree with an opportunity to gain work experience. Applications are invited for an internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 23. The internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. The interns will be located at the Claims Operations Department in Johannesburg.
Work based exposure may include the following:
- Keep client information details up-to date
- Create and send invoices and statements to claimants
- Provide payout progress
- Maintain the implementation of an unusual occurrence procedures
- Assist with typing and editing briefs, technical papers, letters to various parties, and memos
- Report on emerging risks
- Follow up and feedback to all stakeholders to keep them updated on the status of a query
- Conduct duplicate checks on all invoices before issuing
- Validate the expert invoice and expert details
- Validate the details of supplier claim or supplier invoice
Qualifications and Experience (Please attach certified copies of the below documents)
- Certified Grade 12/ NQF 4 level certificate
- Certified copy of National Diploma/ B Degree in a Finance or related qualification
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy of Academic transcript
- Your CV and motivational letter

Remuneration
The interns will be awarded a monthly stipend
