RCL FOODS is seeking Operations & Production Intern to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Krugersdorp and reports to the Production Manager. The purpose of the role is exposure to production / manufacturing environment.
Job responsibilities
Performs tasks and receives training depending as prescribed by the Production Manager and Operations Team Leadership
Actively participates in projects and assignments from starting point up to completion, and provides support to tasks relating to the aligned line of business

Interns – learners from institutions that require 12 months workplace exposure to complete their studies. No students who completed their qualification will be considered for an internship.
Minimum Requirements
The intern must have achieved an NQF level 5 or completed all S5 theoretical training in any of the following fields:
Industrial Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Operations Management
Electrical Engineering:
Electronic
Power
Process Control & Computer Systems
Chemical Engineering
Mechatronics Engineering
Subjects passed with an average 50% at NQF Level 5
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and listening skills
Attention to detail, logical, and well organised
Strong analytical and management skills, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
