Job Description
RCL FOODS is recruiting for a Data Capturer to join our team in our baking division based at our site PTA West Milling , in Pretoria West.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for data entry , verifying and querying missing data and errors and providing support to other staff members as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge / Competence
-Matric
-Minimum diploma / degree preferred in any discipline
-English proficiency – Typing
-Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Power Point).
-Well-developed communication skills.
-Ability to work independently.
-Team Player.
-Results Driven.
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Time Management.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Capture data from available records into SHEQ-X.
-Verify and query missing data and errors.
-Ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
-Identify and correct errors and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
-Provide support to other staff members as needed.
