The Public Investment Corporation (PIC) invests funds on behalf of public sector entities including the Government Employees Pension Fund. The organisation is the largest investment manager in the country and the continent. Applications are invited from dynamic individuals for the following challenging position:
Position: Client Relations Specialist x2
Job Grade: * D1- D3 (*2)
(Ref: CRS 001 & CRS 002)
Salary: All-inclusive remuneration package negotiable
Centre: Public Investment Corporation, Pretoria
Requirements:
Matric with National Diploma or Degree in Finance/Investment
2 – 5 years Relevant Experience
Investment / Finance experience
In – depth knowledge of investments is an advantage
RE 5 for Representatives preferable
FAIS/ FICA knowledge
Duties:
Building and maintaining a sound relationship with clients
Managing a portfolio of PIC clients nationally
Ensure accurate investment/portfolio reporting to clients (monthly and quarterly)
Ensure client queries are resolved within client Service Level Agreements
Preparing client presentations (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Continuous involvement with existing & new clients to expand business
Ensuring client queries are resolved within client Service Level Agreements
Ensuring that all client data and information is 100% correct before the submissions (Reconciliation process completed within SLA’s) 2
Conducting of Client satisfaction surveys
Preparation of reports on all client matters to the various board sub- Committees
Managing and maintaining of Client information (Including regulatory requirements e.g. FICA)
