Client Relations Manager Position Polokwane Chemical Suppliers (Phatsima) is looking for an experienced Client Relations Manager to join the Sales Department. Please note that this role entails extensive travelling.

REQUIREMENTS:
 Matric
 2 -5 years of working experience
 Driver’s license
 Tertiary: Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Development and or relevant field.
RESPONSIBILITIES

 Meeting and exceeding sales goals
 Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
 Helping to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations
 Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations
 Visiting existing clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
 Maintaining client records
 Attending to all client queries
 Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
 Understanding and promoting company programs
 Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
 Preparing weekly and monthly report

Skill
 Have good communication skills both verbal and written
 Be computer literate and be able to use word, excel and outlook
 Be creative and confident
 Negotiation skills
 Have basic numerical skills
 Self-management Skills
 Public speaking Skills
Salary: Negotiable
