Requirements :

A minimum of Grade 10 or NQF Level 2 qualification. Exposure in Public Health hospital environment preferably in support services will be added advantage. Basic Numeracy, language and literacy skills. Good understanding of the Batho Pele Principles and Six Key Ministerial Priorities.

Duties :

Distribution of circulars and official documents to relevant stakeholders and across the institution. Proper handling and reporting of resources e.g., Photocopiers, fax and franking machines. Collections of mail from post office daily, collection of files from various departments e.g., Poly, Pharmacy, Emergency Department (ED) and Wards. Answering of telephone promptly. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by Authorities / Supervisors.
