The intern will assist the unit by coordinate, compile and monitor the business units administrative activities.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, compile and monitor the business unit’s administrative activities.
- Coordinate, compile and monitor the business unit’s budget and procurement plan
- Research and draft business cases/submissions for procurement of law enforcement tools of trade and other requirements.
- Coordinate, research and draft policies, standard operating procedures and circulars.
- Coordinate, compile and draft monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Coordinate and provide a Secretarial service to the business units management meetings/strategic sessions.
- Render and efficient and effective support service to law enforcement personnel.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualification requirements:
- Matric or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree/ National Diploma in Public Administration/ Management
