Job Overview

Kickstart your career with an internship graduate programme. The internship programme is over 12 months, and you will be given a challenging hands-on role working in a diverse environment. We require students who have successfully completed a diploma or degree in Operations management to be employed on a one-year fixed-term contract at our Wadeville facility.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily operations and administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory management;
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures;
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and suggest recommendations to the business;
  • Supporting customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries and processing orders e.g. requisitions, consumables;
  • Monitoring and tracking inventory levels shopfloor versus SAP;
  • Collaborating cross-functional department such as supply chain, engineering, and quality to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Operations Management
