Icebolethu Group, South Africa’s second largest Funeral Assurance Group providing a centre of excellence and a leading provider of dignified burial solutions has a vacancy for a Field Agents.

To apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.

Job Functions

Sales, Promotions, Administration, Client Services, Data Management

Responsibilities include:

Sell Icebolethu plan to your catchment area
o Canvassing
o Achievement of sales target as set out
o Sales objection handling
o Adhere to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk
o Build and maintain good client relationships
o Maintain optimal operational efficiencies based on productivity measures
o Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements
o Identify cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
o Keep abreast of developments and trends in the industry – self learning
o Ensure commitment to the FAIS and FSCA requirements.

Qualifications required for the position:

Grade 12/NQF level 4
o 2 years’ experience in a target attached sales role
o Financial Service Experience (advantageous)
o RE Exam (Advantageous)
o 30 FAIS Credits – Advantageous

• Ability to work independently
