JOB SUMMARY& JOB OBJECTIVES
Provide transport, courier and administrative support service to the Freedom Park in order to ensure that relevant information and people reach their destinations timeously.
Assist with management of assets in the organisation.
Provide efficient transportation of Freedom Park officials and materials to relevant destinations in support of the objectives of the organisation.
Administer maintence of the company vehicles in order to ensure effective control of the vehicles.
Effectively perform the collection, sorting, and distribution of mail in order to ensure proper flow on in- coming and outgoing correspondence.
Receive messages or materials to be delivered, and information on recipients, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions, communicated via telephone, two-way radio, or in person.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods in order to ensure timeous deliveries.
Provide administrative support to Freedom Park in order to ensure smooth operations .
Record information, such as items received and delivered and recipients’ responses to messages.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
1 | Transportation of Freedom Park personnel, visitors to destination as required. |
2 | Transport and delivery of equipment and documents to various destinations |
3 | Deliver documentation to internal and external stakeholders |
4 | Collect documentation and equipment is which cannot be delivered to Freedom Park. |
5 | Responsible for registering, sorting and outgoing mail. |
PREREQUISITES
- Matric education qualification
- Valid driver’s licence with code 10 endorsed with a public drivers licence.
- Experience to include the following:
-Administrative support
-Driving all types of organisational officials
-Shuttling and courier services - Competencies required includes:
– Applying expertise and technology
-Planning and organising skills
-Coping with pressure and setbacks.
-Communication skills(written and verbal skills)
