Job Description
Finance Graduate/Learner Position
The intention of the Learnership is to give the individual (18-30) with the relevant qualification an opportunity for workplace exposure at Leading Edge Solutions within the ERP – Finance Support department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Finding and addressing any discrepancy in accounting modules example variances/imbalances within the ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information & escalate queries as necessary
- Participate in learning opportunities provided by the company
- Support the Finance and Administration department with ad hoc functions which may be necessary when required
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
- Finance-related qualification from a registered tertiary education institution is preferred

- Basic Knowledge of financial concepts
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit
- Recently certified ID and qualifications
- Must be able to commit to 12 months
- MS Office proficiency
Nice to have:
- Driver’s License
Job Type & Contract Length:
The successful graduate will be expected to enter into a 12-month contract.
The contract is to be renewed upon successful completion of the 1-year period which is also subject to employers’ discretion.
