Our Talent Team is currently looking for a logical and efficient Finance Admin Clerk who has good analytical abilities to join the Vector Logistics eThekwini team. The Finance Admin Clerk will report to the Finance Admin Controller and be responsible for resolving claims timeously and provide feedback to Bedfordview.
Minimum Requirements	Matric Studying towards / completed a 3-year Tertiary Qualification in Accounting / Finance Exposure to SAP and previous finance admin experience is an advantage Good computer literacy skills (Excel)
Duties & Responsibilities	Reconciling of shipments & uplifts (ZSDTR12 & 2B) accurately & within 3 days of delivery Ensuring that all PODS match invoices & that relevant credits are processed Follow up with Transport & Warehouse teams wrt missing documents/pods Reporting on a daily basis on unreconciled shipments & uplifts Filing of shipments on a daily basis Assist with scanning of PODS when required Empty Bin checks in warehouse Capturing of Allowances for payroll (accuracy is key) Stock count – verification & capturing Fixed assets verification (physical to SAP) – sign off to be done quarterly Other Adhoc responsibilities as they arise for all clerks
