EXPANDED PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMME (EPWP)
The Overberg District Municipality has the following EPWP work opportunities in the Directorate: Community Services, Department: Municipal Health Services.
Contract Period: 01 August 2024 – 30 November 2024
OINFORMATION DATA COLLECTION SURVEY – MUNICIPAL HEALTH SERVICES
(4 X HERMANUS) (2 X BREDASDORP) (1 X NAPIER) (4 X CALEDON) (2 X SWELLENDAM)H
Requirements:
Open to unemployed and unskilled women and men, including youth (from 18 years and older)
Grade 12
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications).
Persons living with disabilities
Certified ID Documents
Proof of bank details
Good physical health
Applicants must be literate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape
Ability to read and write
Responsibilities/ Duties:
The project will collect various data for Municipal Health Services Functions such as:
Food Safety premises,
Surveillance of premises,
Disposal of the dead facilities with various wards.
EPWP is a poverty alleviation partnership programme between the National Government and the Overberg
District Municipality that offers temporary work opportunities to the unemployed.
Remuneration: R150.00 per day.
Closing Date: 19 July 2024
