Ehlanzeni TVET College invites all suitable qualified candidates to apply for the following fixed term contract posts:
Ensure that student data is captured correctly and within the stipulated time frames.
REQUIREMENTS: A 3 years relevant qualification in the following Management Assistants/Office Administration or any equivalent qualification. 2-3 years relevant experience in the field of office administration. Computer skills MS Office package (intermediate). Good Communication skills (verbal and written), Good Personal Skills. Knowledge of ITS system. Demonstrated ability to think, plan and act independently. Results focused and deadline responsive. Attention to detail. Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Capturing of student registration forms and filing for easy retrieval during verification and audit. Update student information on the information management system. Ensure capturing of ICASS /ISAT and attendance on the ITS system. Manage the issuing of results, certificates, permits and diplomas to students. Provide statistical information relevant to the campus (Students data, certification and retention rate etc.). Responsible for receiving, distribution, collection, dispatching and safekeeping of exam material. Administer all NSFAS matters at Campus level. Manage the performance of clerical staff within the section. Ensure proper implementation of policies and prescripts relevant to the section and college. Perform any other adhoc duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor.
