Leadership Fast Track Programme

Key Purpose
This programme has been designed to fast-track individuals that have a natural leadership style that fits the Discovers culture. The aim of this programme is to start in and entry level role and get fast-tracked through various departments. This will ensure a comprehensive understanding of the organization, and be ready for leadership within 12- 18 months.
Key Outputs
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:
• Servicing all key stakeholders telephonically and via other servicing channels as required until the query has been resolved
• Servicing our members in a customer centric way to ensure that we live by our service principles
• Keeping up to date with product changes to ensure that all key stakeholders are accurately serviced
• Continuously staying abreast of all digital servicing tools within the business and ensuring that the functionality is fully understood
• Achieving and exceeding key performance metrics relating to service delivery

Essential:
• Matric (50% English & 50% Maths/Accounting)
• 1 year management / Supervisory experience
• Be willing to join a Team Leader mentorship programme
• Tertiary qualifications (Degree / National Diploma)
