REQUIREMENTS : A Four years tertiary qualification at NQF Level 7 (as recognised by SAQA) in Communication or Customer Care or Public Management or Public Administration or Commerce Degree. Minimum of 5 years working experience in Customer Care or related industry at MMS level Knowledge: DoL and Compensation Fund business strategies and goals. Directorate goals and performance requirements. Compensation Fund Value Chain and business processes. Public Service, DoL and Fund regulations, policies and procedures. Relevant stakeholders.
