Job FunctionsAdministration
•Greet clients in friendly and welcoming manner
•Professional in appearance
•Handle all inquiries confidential and ensure that the foyer
•Brochure stand has all the relevant information
•Answer calls with professional telephone etiquette and direct calls to the correct contact or extension
•Monitor entry access into the main administration and management office
•Grade 12/ Level 4 Certificate
•1-2 years Receptionist /Switchboard operator or Call Centre Agent experience
•Excellent computer skills (words, excel, outlook)
•Excellent communication
•Interpersonal and General office administrative skills

•3 years relevant experience in front line reception experience
•Relevant Diploma or N6 Management Assistant/Secretarial/Office Management
