REQUIREMENTS : Minimum requirement: Basic literacy and numeracy. Experience: Appropriate
experience in respect of printing and photocopying processes. Competencies
(knowledge/skills): Ability to prioritise work.

DUTIES : Ability to prioritise work, handle confidential documents, take and issue
photos/ID tags as well as ad-hoc duties. Compile reports, letters as well as
develop and maintain registers in terms of inventory, statistics, and calculation
of printing costs. Operate and control equipment as well as liaise with outside
companies for required repairs/upgrading of equipment. Provide efficient
assistance and support to clients, personnel, management, and supervisors.
