Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S A N D E X P E R I E N C E
Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience
▪ Grade 12
▪ Post matric certificate in computer literacy including Excel OR equivalent experience
▪ Proficiency in English
▪ Experience in data capturing
Desirable Required Qualifications and Experience
▪ Post matric diploma in computer literacy including Excel OR equivalent experience
▪ Proficiency in local language at sites
▪ 2 Years experience in capturing medical related data

K E Y P E R F O R M A N C E A R E A S
▪ Capture EVDS data at vaccination sites
▪ Ensure captured EVDS data is accurate
▪ Capture EVDS and other ancillary data during demand creation campaigns
▪ Capture vaccination paper records into EVDS
▪ Support vaccinators and demand creation teams in community engagement activities
▪ Respect patient confidentiality at all times.
▪ Support capturing of GPS locations of key sites and key activities in the field.
▪ Conduct regular data editing and updates as required
▪ Perform data quality control
▪ Record data daily on and for Survey 123
▪ As and when requested by the District Coordinator or Right to Care Line Manager, assist with other duties as required
▪ Maintain both paper-based documentation and electronic data systems as and when required.
▪ Accurate record keeping and reporting are maintained as required.
