The Company

We are a National Insurance company, based in the heart of Westville. We are looking for an ambitious and goal-orientated Call Centre Agent to join our existing Sales and Development team!

The Role

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle:

• Maintaining client relationships and building a strong rapport to enable you to deliver excellent customer service and close deals
• Meeting weekly goals and monthly sales targets
• Leading a sales team in the near future

Requirements

• Matric or the Equivalent is Essential
