Education, experience and competencies
- Between the ages of 18-35.
- Completed Matric/Grade 12
- Matric Subject requirements – Mathematical Literacy and Computer Application Technology (Advantage)
- Currently unemployed and eager to learn.
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Computer literate – MS Excel (beneficial)
- Not registered for any other learnerships
- Meet the requirements to attend classroom-based training and workplace assessments.
- Have a passion learning and a commitment to personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Attending and completing all required training sessions, workshops, and assessments.
- Gaining hands-on experience in Field Service/Administration department
- Supporting team members with day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining records of completed tasks and progress throughout the program.
- Complying with company policies and program requirements.
- Demonstrating a commitment to learning and personal development.
