Job Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 10
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1 year’s technical experience will be an advantage
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Assist with the repair and maintenance of agricultural equipment
- Keep the working area neat and clean
- Adhere to health and safety requirements in line with the company’s policy
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Valid driver’s licence
- Product knowledge
- Communication skills
- Customer orientated
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
- Willingness to work in hot areas as well as outside locations
- Discipline
- Ability to work in a team
- Identification with management
- Safety cautious
