TARDI Work Integrated Learnership Program. Please read the following instructions carefully before completing your application:
1. Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the AgriSETA Work Integrated Learnership Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
South African citizen between the ages of 18-34.
Must have an NQF Level 5 qualification (minimum Diploma) in a relevant field.
Preference will be given to applicants residing in the Eastern Cape.
Must be a learner from an Agricultural College or TVET College requiring practical experience.
Must meet NQF compliance requirements, which include:
- 30% theory and 70% practical training.
- Studying a qualification that requires 18 months of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) before completion.
- Holding a post-qualification that requires 18 months of WIL for industry readiness.
- Holding a post-qualification that requires 18 months of WIL for industry readiness.

- Plumbing, Electrician, and Mechanical Engineering

2. Required Documents

Certified copy of your ID (not older than 3 months).
Certified copy of your highest qualification or latest academic results.
Updated CV with contact details.
Proof of residence.
